A small team that treats your house like a neighbour’s.
THS Maintenance started with a bakkie, a toolbox and a simple promise: turn up when we say we will, and leave the place better than we found it. Seven years on, that promise still runs the business.
We work across the whole of Gauteng — Johannesburg, Pretoria, the East and West Rand — on everything from a leaking ceiling on a Tuesday morning to a full home renovation, and on the planned maintenance that keeps commercial properties running quietly in the background.

The first call
Tell us what is wrong. We ask a few questions and book a time that suits you, including Saturdays.
The site visit
We look properly, explain what we find in plain language, and never invent work that is not needed.
The quote
Itemised and fixed, within 24 hours. If something unexpected appears mid-job, you hear it the same day.
The handover
We finish, we clean up, and we come back if anything is not right. That part is not negotiable.
